Review the portfolio
Read every product against the latest week on one screen, and leave with the call the evidence points to. Run this once a week, after the evidence is in.
Goal
A clear read of where each product stands this week, and one focus, budget, or metric call you are ready to record.
Steps
Open the portfolio
The dashboard portfolio reads every product in the organization. An agent can read the same view over MCP with list_portfolio. The read paths are HTTP endpoints; writes are MCP only.
Check freshness before anything else
A product with no snapshot for this week has nothing recorded, which is different from a product doing badly. Sort out what is stale before you read the numbers, or you will compare last week against three weeks ago.
Read posture and budget together
Posture is how the company is treating a product and monthly budget is what it costs. A product on a growth posture with a flat budget, or a maintain posture consuming the largest budget, is the mismatch worth naming.
Scan the three areas per product
Each product carries one signal for Product, Sales, and Marketing this week, with a value against a target and a trend. Look for the product where one area moved and the others did not, and for areas marked missing where you expected a number.
Open the product that stands out
When a product needs more than a glance, open its workspace for the full week and its decision history. Come back to the portfolio afterwards; the comparison across products is what the call rests on.
Name one call and record it
The review is finished when it produces a decision, not when you have read everything. Record a focus, budget, or metric call through your agent, and it applies to live company state as it is recorded.
Worth knowing
The portfolio is read-only
Nothing on this screen changes company state. Every change is a recorded decision, which is why the reasoning behind each one survives.
Compare across products, not against a plan
The portfolio exists to make focus and budget compete in one place. A product read on its own always looks reasonable.
